Our Pastor - Carlos Flores
Carlos Flores is the Senior Pastor of East River Fellowship. He and his wife, Pam, have been married 43 exciting years. They have 3 adult children and 3 precious grandchildren!
While pastoring in Los Angeles, the Lord called them to return to Oregon and start a new work based on Ezekiel 47:1-12. In December 2001 the vision of an authentic move of God was birthed. In March 2002, they, along with a few other couples, opened the doors of East River Fellowship. God has richly blessed and provided for the needs of East River all these years and it keeps getting sweeter and sweeter.
Our doors are now open to over a thousand strong. We also have a sister church-Riverside Community in Rainier, OR (an hour west of Hillsboro), and four churches and counting throughout the nation of Haiti!

Having had a career for 24 years before entering full-time ministry, both Carlos and Pam can relate to those working in the world, raising a family, and living their lives as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Carlos became a passionate follower of Christ in high school. Throughout the years, his ministry assignments have been diverse, encompassing lay and formal ministry, both within and outside the church.
Pam grew up in a loving Christian home and fully dedicated her life to serve Jesus at the age of 12. She is the church administrator overseeing all ministry aspects at East River. Her passion for developing strong women of God also keeps her busy directing Diamond Girls Women's Ministry.
